A car accident, money that can't be claimed. Oh how I long for someone to be original with their con. Or at least mad enough to be interesting.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this proposal hoping that you would be of assistance in this business of mutual benefit. My Name is Barrister Okeke Wiilam, solicitor and notary public and the personal attorney to Patrick Brad, a foreign National the Chairman Chief executive of Ideal business Nig. Limited a foreign company based in Nigeria.

On the 14th of April 2001, my client, his wife and their only son were involved in a ghastly car accident along Abuja Benin express road, unfortunately they all lost their lives in the event of the accident. Since then I have made several enquiries to locate any of my clients extended relatives and this has also proved unsuccessful.

After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to trace his relatives over the Internet, to locate any member of his family but to no avail, hence I contacted you. I contacted you to assist in repatriating the money and property left behind before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the Government of Nigeria.

The late Mr Patrick Brad was a contractor to one of the Ministries in Nigeria ` and before his death, he was processing his executed contract payment of US$18.5Million. After his death, I received a letter of approval of the payment which is now in the government sundry account.

Consequently, the Ministry issued me a notice to provide the next of kin or have the payment
confiscated within a short time. Here in Nigeria, such funds are meant to revert to government were it will either end up in the hands of corrupt officials or be declared "UNCLAIMABLE" and then be donated to the Trust Fund for arms and ammunition which will further enhance the perpetration of war in Africa and the third world in general.

Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over some years now, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased so that the proceeds of the account can be paid to you for both of us to share the money; 65% to me and 30% to you, while 5% should be for expenses or tax as your government may require.

All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us carry this deal through. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect us from any breach of the law. Please get in touch with me through my email address to enable us discuss further.

Yours truly,

Barrister Okeke Wiilam
